Supporting reflection and development

When work is emotionally demanding, it helps to have somewhere to step back, make sense of what is happening and consider what comes next.

My approach

Working together to deepen understanding.

Supervision is a space to think and reflect on the child, explore relational dynamics and consider the wider system around them.

My approach is collaborative, drawing on an understanding of attachment and trauma. Together, we develop insight into what is happening and consider how that understanding can inform your practice.

What we can explore together

Space to reflect on your work, explore uncertainty and develop your understanding.

  • Exploring clinical questions and challenges in practice, and reflecting on the impact of the work
  • Attachment, trauma, play and creative work
  • Risk, safeguarding and ethical decisions
  • Neurodivergence, difference and the wider system
  • Professional development and areas for growth
The next step

Start with a conversation.
